Holiday Program

• If your child has a medical condition you must complete a medical form(PDF, 3MB) and submit it to us
• Creative Kids vouchers and siblings discounts cannot be processed online. To use these, please make a booking in-centre or complete an enrolment form and email it to us
• by making a booking, you are confirming that your child is between the ages of 6 - 12 years and that they are able to dress themselves in and out of their swimmers as well as manage their own belongings
• you confirm that your child is able to abide by our code of conduct which includes:
  • using polite and friendly language
  • not swearing
  • not hitting, bullying or harassing fellow Kidz Blitz participants
  • listening and following instructions from our staff
  • participating in all activities
  • and respecting others.
• parents/guardians will be required to collect children promptly from the program, if they are found to have breached our code of conduct.
• it is preferred that children are signed in by 9 am each day and signed out by 6 pm each day by their parent/guardian each day of attendance
• if there is a custody arrangement for your child, please email our centre and provide the full names of anyone who is prohibited from having contact with or who is not allowed to collect the child
• a child will only be released for collection by the person who is dropping off the child, unless otherwise indicated on the sign in sheet at the time of drop-off
• entry to centre facilities is included for all Kidz Blitz participants. Non-participants, including parents/guardians and siblings are required to pay entry should they wish to use the facilities.
• limited spaces available. Please pre-book to secure your place. We cannot guarantee places will be available if you book on the day
• full payment is required to confirm booking. Payment is non-refundable
• our online booking system does not accept cancellations or changes. If you wish to change your booking please contact your centre directly. Any changes are subject to availability
• program fees include ALL activities organised plus morning and afternoon tea only each day
• lunch orders are available at an additional charge. Full payment must be made before 9 am on each day of attendance
• the Kidz Blitz Itinerary is subject to change without notification
• Key Venues takes NO responsibility for any personal and/or electronic equipment brought to the program
• consent is given for medical treatment to be administered on site, or off site without parent/guardian approval if a parent/guardian is not contactable
• swimming activities are included every day
• children are required to bring the following each day:
  • drink bottle, enclosed shoes, preferably joggers, warm clothing, swimmers and a towel, hat and sunscreen (for outside activities)
  • lunch (or lunch order is to be placed).

10. read the terms and conditions and tick the ‘I agree’ box
11. enter credit card details then select ‘confirm and pay’. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking

12. you can fill out a lunch order form in advance and bring to our centre with you (optional).
