Ros Pullen

With more than 20 years’ experience across the sport, leisure, aquatics and attractions industries, Ros Pullen has built a strong reputation for operational leadership, strategic thinking and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Her career has spanned both the public and private sectors, with expertise in operations, marketing, guest experience, partnerships and team development.

Ros returns to Blacktown Key Venues after previously serving as Marketing and Communications Coordinator until 2018. Most recently, she was General Manager of Raging Waters Sydney, where she led one of Australia’s largest water parks, fostering a strong organisational culture while delivering safe, memorable guest experiences and driving operational excellence.

Ros has joined Blacktown Key Venues as Manager Key Venues in a 12-month temporary appointment while Kevin Jones is on long service leave. In this role, she leads the delivery of Blacktown City Council’s premier sport, recreation and leisure facilities, drawing on her extensive leadership experience and passion for building high-performing teams, developing people, and creating welcoming environments where customers and communities can thrive.

A respected leader within the industry, Ros has served as Vice President and continues as a Director of the Australian Amusement, Leisure and Recreation Association (AALARA). She also serves on the Asia Pacific Education Committee for the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), contributing to the growth and advancement of the leisure and attractions sector across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
